Job Requirements

Valid Driver License
Proof of Insurance
Reliable Vehicle
Speak Some English
Authorized to work in the USA
Able to physically handle all cleaning tasks, driving tasks, and all tasks required
Smartphone with Data Plan for Business use
Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds (furniture, vacuums, bins, etc.)
Not allergic to pets or dust or anything preventing you from working in a variety of homes

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a customer service coordinator. This position is vital to ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, addressing their needs, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

Answering Calls and Expertise

Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and assisting with general questions.

Follow-up with Potential Customers

Reach out to leads and potential customers to provide additional information, answer questions, and guide them through purchasing.

Handling Customer Complaints

Address and resolve customer concerns or issues professionally and on time, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Closing Sales

Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into sales, meeting, and exceeding sales targets.

Maintaining Customer Records

Update and maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, interactions, and feedback.

Collaboration

Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
